All of our products are downloadable. If you cannot download the items ordered or you need them shipped to you, please contact support@signaturescrapbooks.com for further instructions.
Privacy & Security
We promise not to give your information to anyone. We don't like spam e-mails ourselves so why would we give them to you? Your information is secured strictly with us. We also have no access to your password on your account. We don't feel like we need to know it!
Returns & Replacements
Because our products are downloaded, we cannot accept returns. If you are having problems downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@signaturescrapbooks.com and we will e-mail your products or mail you a disc if we cannot get your download working.
Ordering
When you place an order at Signature Scrapbooks, you should immediately be taken to your download page. We give you two downloads. We don't like it when our users "share" their purchases. If for some reason you need another copy, you can use your second download.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Right now we accept payment through Paypal. In the next few weeks we will be accepting credit cards right on our site! We promise to secure your information so it can't be misused.
Viewing Orders
If you wish to view your orders, login to your account and click on the view orders button. Your downloads will show up there.
Updating Account Information
At any time you can update your account information. Just login to your account.
